In this industry, manufacturers are so much in market. And the quality is uneven, many manufacturers competition at a lower price, and the actual product can't satisfied 100% tolerance of customer`s requirement ,which affected customer product performance. Inductor coil manufacturers in the industry are basically using low precision molds, and basically use domestic tension , so a large number of inferior coils flooded the whole market, causing quality problems to customers.
Mr. Wang is a engineer from USA ,whom are manufacturing precision instruments. He recently looking for high precision air core coil, because the requirement is very strict. After testing with many samples provided by Chinese suppliers, it failed. Because the coil size deviation is too big, product size and high performance inconsistency . As a result, he do need to detect and select defective products in the production process before put into production, which seriously affects the customer's output schedule. 1) 100% of the raw material input is tested for reliability, pinhole, uniformity, meter resistance, impact resistance, pinhole and at least 10 tests that are higher than the industry standard.
2) The equipment is mainly imported from Japan, the automatic winding machine, the dimensional accuracy is 0.001, which may not be possible in the same industry
3) Operating precision welding technology under the microscope, few in the same industry can do it.
4) There are about 10 to 20 product production processes, and each process has 5 quality control parameters. On average, each product has 75 quality control data from semi-finished products to finished products.
5) Adopt full-automatic glue filling technology, vacuum technology, peers use manual glue filling.
